Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served and our chefs also offer vegetarian and vegan options on request. In addition to the yoga retreat, the program of our camp consists of surfing, open yoga classes, excursions and small joint events, such as a campfire. <\/p>\n\n

Our yoga equipment consists of mats, straps, blocks, blankets and bolsters. It is regularly maintained by us because we also go outside for the sessions. Look forward to yoga by the sea on a wooden platform, in the garden or in our small yoga room with the most beautiful sea view of the whole camp. <\/p>\n\n

We sharpen all our senses and intuition with breathing exercises and meditations. With playful dance exercises, we stimulate our creativity and create a sense of connection. We listen to the sea and the inner voice, whose words we also let flow onto paper. Together we create a beautiful time and a safe space for joy, abundance, change and shared growth. <\/p>\n\n

As the yoga retreats are integrated into our surf camp and the surf spot is only a few steps away from the camp, all yogis have the opportunity to try out surfing. A taster surf day is already included for you. <\/p>\n\n

Yoga in the snow camp at 1500m<\/h2>\n\n

YOGARETREAT, SKI VACATION OR BOTH – IN OUR RETREAT WEEK YOU CAN FOCUS ON YOGA<\/p>\n\n

The yoga retreat takes place in our snow camp<\/a> in Austria on the Tauplitzalm. Our huts are located at an altitude of 1500 m, right in the middle of nature, in a small forest on the edge of the ski area. The nearest lift is about 200 meters away and a beautiful snow-covered forest awaits you around our huts, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains. <\/p>\n\n

You will spend the retreat in our modern alpine huts with sauna, yoga room and common room. Catering is provided by trained chefs, you have vegan options for all meals and the opportunity to customize your individual needs. <\/p>\n\n

During the retreat, the snow camp is also attended by guests who are not taking part in the retreat, so that you can also be out and about in a large group. The sessions take place in the mornings and evenings and are adapted to the schedule and piste times. <\/p>\n\n
